These terms apply whenever you buy a package or retainer from Zyphium. By placing an order you accept them. They are written plainly on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask before you pay.
We provide YouTube SEO and thumbnail design, website and funnel development, and digital marketing services including tracking setup and paid campaign management. The exact scope is whatever is listed on the package you purchase.
Anything not listed in your package is out of scope. We are happy to quote for extra work separately rather than quietly expanding the job.
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD) and are payable in full before work begins, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
One-off packages are a single payment. Monthly plans bill on the same date each month until cancelled.
Bank charges, currency conversion fees or payment processor fees applied by your own bank are your responsibility.
Taxes: prices exclude any sales tax, VAT or GST that may apply in your jurisdiction. Where we are required to collect it, it will be shown at checkout.
The Monthly Growth Partner and Growth Retainer plans have no minimum term. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
Cancelling does not refund the current cycle, but we will complete any work already scheduled within that cycle.
A monthly plan covers uploads published during the billing month. Unused capacity does not carry over to the following month.
Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours per video pack, 4–6 days for a landing page, and 10–14 days for a five-page site. Larger builds are quoted with their own timeline.
Turnaround starts when we have everything we need from you: channel or site access (or the relevant files), your niche and target country, and the list of videos or pages in scope.
Delays caused by waiting on your input, approvals or content do not count toward our stated turnaround.
Thumbnails include two revision rounds each. Website builds include one full review round before launch plus 30 days of post-launch bug fixes.
A revision means refining the delivered work. A change of direction, a new offer, or a rewritten brief is new work and will be quoted separately.
You are responsible for the content you publish, its accuracy, and for holding the rights to any footage, images, music or brand assets you send us.
You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage the channels, sites and ad accounts you give us access to.
You agree to keep your own copies of important files. We keep project files for up to 24 months but we are not your backup service.
We do not guarantee views, subscribers, search rankings, revenue, ad performance or any specific numerical outcome. No one can, because YouTube, Google and Meta control their own ranking and delivery systems and change them regularly.
What we guarantee is that the work described in your package will be delivered competently, on the stated timeline, with reasoning you can review.
Any figures, case studies or analytics shown on this site are examples of past outcomes for specific channels. They are not a prediction or a promise for your account.
All work is performed within platform rules. We do not use view bots, engagement pods, purchased subscribers, tag stuffing, cloaking or any black-hat method.
We are not responsible for penalties, strikes or account actions arising from content you created, claims you made, or work performed by other parties before or alongside us.
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables we create for you — thumbnails, copy, metadata documents, website code and design — transfers to you.
We retain ownership of our internal processes, research templates, frameworks and any pre-existing components we reuse across clients.
Unless you ask us not to, we may show anonymised performance results in our own marketing. We will never publish your name, channel or files without your permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost profit, lost data or loss of goodwill.
Either party may end the working relationship at any time. If we end it without cause mid-project, we refund the portion of the fee covering undelivered work.
We may decline or stop work — with a pro-rata refund — for content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or that we consider harmful.
Zyphium operates as an independent service provider. We are not an employee, partner or agent of any client, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Meta or any other platform named on this site.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, and disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by email before any formal action.
