Zyphium

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 August 2026

This policy explains what information Zyphium collects when you visit this site or buy a service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep the data we hold to the minimum needed to deliver the work you paid for.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, billing details, company name (if applicable), your YouTube channel or website URL, and any files, screenshots or analytics exports you share with us so we can do the work.

Information collected automatically: basic analytics such as pages visited, approximate location at country level, device type, browser and referring source. This is aggregate traffic data and is not used to identify you personally.

Payment information: card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use your information

To deliver the services you purchased, including research, SEO deliverables, thumbnail design, website builds and campaign management.

To communicate with you about your order, deliverables, revisions and renewal dates.

To issue invoices and keep accounting records as required by law.

To improve the site and understand which services people are looking for. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

3. Channel and account access

If you grant us editor or manager access to a YouTube channel, advertising account, website admin panel or analytics property, we use it only to perform the agreed work. We do not change monetisation settings, banking details, ownership or permissions.

You may revoke access at any time. We ask you to revoke access when a project ends, and we will remind you when we deliver the final item.

We never use bots, view services, subscriber exchanges or any method that violates platform terms.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses essential cookies required for it to function, and privacy-friendly analytics to measure traffic volume and page performance.

If you engage us for tracking or advertising work on your own website, any pixels or tags we install are on your property and governed by your privacy policy — we will tell you what a tag collects before installing it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with service providers who help us operate: payment processors, email and hosting providers, and analytics tools. Each is bound by their own security and privacy obligations.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights in the case of fraud or abuse.

6. Data retention

Project files, deliverables and correspondence are kept for up to 24 months so we can support past work and honour revision requests. Invoices and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.

You can request earlier deletion of your project files at any time and we will action it, except where we must retain a record for accounting purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under GDPR in the UK and EU, PIPEDA in Canada, and applicable US state privacy laws — you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@zyphium.com. We will respond within 30 days and will not charge you for a reasonable request.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections, access-controlled storage and strong authentication on the accounts that hold client data. Only the people working on your project have access to your files.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required authority without undue delay.

9. Children

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over, or for a business account operated by an adult. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.

Questions about privacy can be sent to hello@zyphium.com.
